Community Information Session – Holloway BESS Project

The project team will be hosting a community information session for the Holloway Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project.

This session is open to anyone who would like to learn more about the project, meet the project team, ask questions, and provide feedback.

Session details

Date: Tuesday 17 February 2026 Time: 3:00pm – 7:00pm Location: Armidale Ex-Services Memorial Club

You are welcome to drop in at any time during the session. A presentation will commence at 4:00pm and again at 5:30pm. The presentation will also be made available on this website for those who are unable to attend.

What we will present

At the session, we will present the findings from completed and in-progress assessments to date, including:

• Aboriginal cultural heritage

• Biodiversity

• Bushfire

• Hazards

• Land, soils and agriculture

• Landscape and visual amenity

• Noise

• Social

• Traffic

• Water

There will be opportunities to ask questions and provide feedback for inclusion in the environmental impact statement.

No RSVP is required, and light refreshments will be provided.
